Who are we?
We are Rehab Resolution LTD, a team of highly skilled therapists providing evidence based, pragmatic and holistic multidisciplinary therapies to your home. We believe in a consistent, high level of delivery, with a collaborative approach that we know is key in attaining desired outcomes for you or your loved one. We work with adult clients, with a range of acquired diagnosis / needs, from those who need 24-hour care and support, to those who are back at work and living independently.
We will take the time to listen to what you or your loved one really want. We will use our skills and expertise to formulate an achievable and bespoke treatment plan to reach your goals. We believe in getting the best out of therapy time, so we will try and understand what really motivates you. We love to also get family, carers and friend involved as much as possible as we know that consistency is key to change.
As well as offering our multidisciplinary services we frequently work with other agencies, both NHS and private, to ensure the most effective care model.

We offer a hassle free high quality therapy service with effective communication, organising appointments and delivering reports with clear recommendations and costings to reduce the burden on case managers. We understand the requirements of following the Rehab Code and ensuring an MDT approach with our patients and collaborative goal setting.
Training and teaching
We offer training and teaching to all levels of care home / domiciliary care staff on a variety of topics in our skill set.
We also provide clinical supervision to speech and language therapists, physiotherapists and OT;s who may be working privately and wish to develop their skills further.

Rehab Resolution was established in 2023 by Amy Endacott and Mitul Thacker to provide high quality multidisciplinary therapy to those who are looking to improve, or ensure they have optimised, their current condition. The team is growing with a pool of therapists who are specialists across a wide range of clinical areas, ensuring we have the right people for the right job. All our therapists are Heath Care Professionals Council registered, have completed a robust application and interview process and are registered with their discipline specific professional body.
Our team all are passionate about their area and the difference they can make, meaning they engage with regular continued professional development, such as conferences and teachings, and therapies are evidence based, and grounded in clinical research, to ensure the best results. We are flexible in how we offer therapy, we can accommodate, weekday, evening and weekends, both virtual or face to face.
